Improves some of the enchantments that are rarely used or just could use an improvment.
Currently it improves:
Frost walker
Now Frost walker I has a 4 block distance instead of 3 and it increases with 2 blocks per level instead of 1, which allows to sprint jump on water with Frost walker II.
Impaling
Now Impaling increases the damage to all mobs in water instead of only water mobs, similar to how Impaling works on Bedrock Edition.
