hey guys so lately ive been trying to convert mcsm textures into vanilla minecraft and I was wondering if there was a way to turn off how short / long grass gets offseted every time you place it.
as you can see in the picture the grass is offset into the floor.

I'm looking in the assets folder, I don't see anything that would remove the offset, never tried it before tho

Yea pretty sure this is hard coded for the plants, you would need a mod to change something like that

Maybe blockstates? (Srry if I'm wrong)

I remember this being part of the model. You could decide if you want the offset or not but apparently that is gone an even in the blockstate files or anywhere else you can't toggle that anymore.
