i went through the datapack I found

it just checks for a diamond sword in mainhand with a custom name which is

{"text":"DragonboneBlade","italic":false}

which in game is " DragoneboneBlade " but without italics

then check how many kills you have (any kills) and more than 1 kill gives speed 2
more than 4 kills resistance 2
more than 8 kills strength 2
