Datapacks Broke When Switching to Paper from Fabric

My packs made a bunch of custom id items that did things with tick functions- when I switched the loader to paper, everything broke.

Yes, paper adds a lot of "optimizations" that simply break or remove features that data packs rely on

Paper + Data Packs won't work most of the time
