Can I insert folders in the the recipe folder under my namespace to help organize my custom recipes?

Example: data/namespace/recipe/copper_smelt

Anything I should be mindful about when doing this?

It changes the ID of the recipe when you reference it in something else. So where previously it might have been foo:bar, for data/foo/recipe/bar.json, it would instead become foo:foobar/bar for data/foo/recipe/foobar/bar.json

This is true of any data pack registry

Yeah. I figured that one... just wanted to double check my thinking. It's been a little while and I'm kicking up the dust and removing the cobwebs.
