Is it possible to make the classic farlands generate in 1.21.11?

The classic style of the farlands, i need it to generate from 12,550,800 in all directions. Is this acheivable or am i better off trying to make a mod ?

I dont want the terrain to be like the normal one , more like the fartherlands where its all straight

Guys is it possible to make all the terrain after a certain coordinate be only 1 biome?

Like for example if i want the farlands to only have a plains biome , how should i go about doing that?
