I have some custom weapons, and they are loaded with pearls and forceload, but only one works. The other one doesnt for some reason, and only works when loaded by players. The one that doesnt work uses scoreboard/etc so maybe thats the issue? Please ping me here if you would be down to help me fix it, I can let you onto the server and show you the exact cmd blocks.

this is the specific one that doesnt work
the repeating cmd checks if my mainhand has a netherite axe, if so the comparator send a signal to the impulse cmd then the chain cmds are more particles and lightning etc, the top chain cmd reset the score for shield dmg

did you check if all the commandblocks are in the same chunk?
otherwise show your commands. I recommend putting those commands into a datapack that way you never have to forceload them
