Enchaotic Datapack [1.21.6-1.21.10]

Enchaotic is a datapack that I probably spent way too much time on. Enchaotic currently has 25 different enchantments, and most of the enchantments can be obtained through the enchanting table or villager trades. Only 3 enchantments are obtained very differently.
