The most likely cause is that this item is being modified by a faulty item_modifier but if you do not even know which function or modifier is being applied to it we can't know for sure.

Yes, I just checked. I did not find item_modifier in this datapack. I think the problem is with the tick in minecraft folder, because as soon as I change the code from lv to lc and lj (the name of the items), the items are immediately issued, but they absolutely stop working. I didn't find any other options.
