You can't make custom brewing recipes.

You would need to detect if a brewing stand finished brewing and then change the items in the result slots.

But unfortunately, we cannot filter ingredients on components. This in turn means that any potion would be valid input for any recipe.

So the only work around would be to require glass bottles, a water bucket and whatever ingredients and craft it in one go.

which means you would need a recipe for each potion, if it is just haste, yes you could do this.

well if it was the brewing stand he wanted to use he already got his answer. Process is a vague term here anyway, does he mean same order of input items? same crafting block? same ingredients?

None of these 3 can be done with a recipe would be the answer, unless you don't mind work-arounds. In which case 2 have been given. Up to OP to decide what he would rather do.
