Hello, I cannot get caught up with the recent updates... can you help me add the Tag IceArrow to this command please!? /give _Metalic_ minecraft:arrow[minecraft:item_model="minecraft:ice_arrow"]

Instead of arbitrary data tags on items, we have the custom_data component that you then add your arbitrary key pairs to. So in this example, you would include in your [], separated from the item_model component by a comma, the following:
minecraft:custom_data={IceArrow:1b}
