I need help createing a dimension. i cant figure out how to do the terrain settings and blocks that spawn in the world. for example, the first 3 blocks are snow, then dirt, and so on like adefault world. Please help. i have looked at the minecraft wiki and have read everything twice. i have also used Misode Generators and they are cunfusing me more

If you're on 1.17 you're gonna have a much harder time. Most resources update along with Minecraft, so there won't be a lot of information on how things were done back then. You can select your version in Misode so you can generate the files as they existed back then, but finding documentation on how they work may be tougher

i dont understan the noise router, mostly the vein stuff and ridges errosion, depth, initial_density_without_jaggedness and final density

Density functions are certainly the hardest part of worldgen
