There's not a way to do that, no
I think you can't directly get the coordinates from /locate
Since using execute store only stores the distance
You could in theory make an structure that only and frequently spawns in that biome, then use a loot table to make an explorer map that points to that structure, then store the coordinates from that explorer map to the compass's lodestone_tracker component
But that is as convuluted as it sounds

It's the only single number that really makes sense
