There is version 1.20.4, but it was previously still on version 1.20.1.

A lot changed in 1.20.3, so it might not be possible to downgrade it

This is definitely something you should ask the author of the pack.

They're likely to have a copy of the 1.20.1 version, which would save any of us, or you, the pain of downgrading someone else's pack.

As Silabear said, many datapack changes were introduced in Minecraft 1.20.2, and it's possible the pack it uses these features, which would make a downgrade considerably more difficult without a lose of functionality.
