nope, but close! The algorithm is suuuuper complicated

Basically it's a marker that rotates a random amount then performs a sweep through the blocks in front of, above or below, and diagonal to it, and if it finds one that is infectable and has adjacent air it'll teleport to it and spread the sculk

There's also a "sculkstuck" toggle that activates if it runs a few times and can't find something to infect, causing it to be able to move through sculk blocks at double speed until it finds an infectable block
