Boat has water in it, what do i do? CEM Boat Models

Im having a problem with the boat model i made having water show up at the bottom of the boat model, what do i do to fix it? is it a uv mask? ima post the code below, but everything was made in blockbench with a plugging CEM for the base model.

i copied the bottom_no_water blocks and even looked at other boat model resourcepacks to see if there is anything different

try to create a vanilla boat model, do not change it, just use it in the resourcepack
