GoBlocks full rewrite

it's now designed so it's possible to add custom blocks, basically everything is data-driven

for example, for events, you just can map the event to an id. then, you just run function gb:interpreter/event {event_id:"<whatever event id>"} whenever you want to trigger an event

and for actions you just specify a function to run
