did you open the root of your datapack with vscode

it wont work if you just open a single file, you have to open a folder

Bro can u tell me one more thing? When I am opening the renamed datapack from the same location it still shows the error but when i open it from other location it works fine...

it was, 4.0 was released about a week ago

what pack_format do you have in the pack.mcmeta?

if you want the extension to know you use 1.21, you need to have 48 there

(on a side note, if you are using 1.21, advancements was renamed to advancement)
