#Are inline predicates and item modifers less efficient?

I'm lazy, so I'm just using the inline predicate and item modifer, but is this less efficient than having the pack reference a file? Is it more efficient?

I don't think so. All functions (except those with macros) and JSON files are parsed an evaluated when loading the world.

Yeah so they're probably a little less efficient in macros since the have to be reparsed
