How can I remove all changes made to biome distribution in Terralith so that I get all the custom terrain generation but with vanilla biome placement and no custom biomes? Removing overworld.json file from dimension folder unfortunately causes the terrain not to load at all, and this was my only idea

Without cannibalizing both the vanilla data pack and Terralith very messily, you'll likely need to just replace the overworld.json biomes list with the vanilla Overworld's. Be warned that this may result in unusual placement of those vanilla biomes, as well as maintain any custom generation of those vanilla biomes that Terralith makes.

#

If you want to avoid that and truly just want Terralith's terrain only, that's probably a little more complicated

yeah that worked, though like expected it does behave a bit weird

#

the astronomically tiny ice spikes biome is kinda funny

#

tbh now that i think about it i dont really have either the time or the need to mess with it enough to make it issueless

thanks for helping
