What's the problem?
wont work
In what way?
The recipe doesn't load, the output item doesn't have the components? You need to be more specific with what behavior you're experiencing
Ok
What do the logs say?
I'm on mobile, look at it yourself and try to identify errors
com.google.gson.JsonParseException: Not a boolean: 0; Not a json array: {"text":"I prononce husband and wife","color":"white","italic":0}; Not a string: {"text":"I prononce husband and wife","color":"white","italic":0}; Not a compound tag: 1b missed input: {"custom_data":1,"lore":["{'text':'I prononce husband and wife','color':'white','italic':0}"]}
do i not put lore
There ya go
Well you did, of course, that's why there's an error, so now it's a matter of figuring out in what way
First off, italic needs to be true or false, not 1 or 0
"lore":["{'text':'I pronounce husband and wife','color':'white','italic':false}"]
Additionally, your custom data only lists a value of 1. Custom data needs to be in curly brackets, and then each tag in the format <tag>:<value>
can you give me a example
"custom_data": {custom_item:1}
You asked for an example
I believe so, though I'm on mobile so the custom_item may need to be in quotes, I don't immediately recall
A lot of the common syntax highlighters are not updated to 1.20.5
Looks good
is there a way to use a custom item in a crafting recipe
Not as an ingredient, unfortunately
bruh
also the custom item data doesnt work
shows up blank
@torpid nimbus
im confused
with custom model data
in 1.20.5
Generally file names can't have capital letters
v/give @s minecraft:gold_ingot[minecraft:custom_data={gold_ingot:1}]
but no custom textures
This command doesn't have any custom_model_data applied to it
whats wrong with it
yikes
i edited
/give @s minecraft:gold_ingot[minecraft:custom_model_data=1]
fixed
That usually means there's a filepath issue
custom item doesnt apply data
What
for custom recipe
I don't understand what you mean.
i have
"custom_data": {"custom_item":1},
but it doesnt apply the data
ok so i did digigng
"custom_data": {"ring":1},
do i gotta add custom stuff
to make it work
What do you mean? That is custom stuff, what do you expect it to be doing?
@torpid nimbus do u know latest pack version
