Am I able to add an item with NBT data to an item tag? As in the item by itself isn't in the tag but if it has that data it is? My guess is no, but asking in case. Version of MC 1.19.2.

for that you can use predicates

can the predicate be something like if item is in tag #minecraft:something with data [nbt data] return true
