Im trying to make a datapack that changes the nether dimension's generation to a superflat world type that i can customise.

for some reason currently when you create a custom superflat world, the nether (and end) dimension generates just normally, so I thought i could probably make a datapack in which i could customize the nether to whatever i want (like a custom superflat world), but as I dont really have much experience in making datapacks, I just cant figure it out by myself. Any kind of help would be appreciated

@exotic linden maybe try this generator and play with the settings a bit. https://misode.github.io/dimension/?version=1.20

You can select the nether preset and change the Generator setting to Superflat.

It could be possible that minecraft doesnt support the superflat worldtype in other dimensions
