Hi all, hope you’re doing well. I’ve been doing bug bounty hunting for about two weeks now and have come across vulnerabilities like DoS and RCE. The issue is, every time I report them, I get told they’re out of scope—though I’m certain they’re in scope. Sometimes the response is, “we already know about this” or “this is expected behavior.”
So my question is: can I share these kinds of misconfigurations and vulnerabilities publicly?

Would recommend reaching out to the customer tested to avoid causing problems and follow “responsible disclosure”. Just ask if they are comfortable with you doing so.
