After restarting a node (I've updated it) I can't login to dashboard (I see login page but after entering pass - I see a redirect to GUI and logout in moment)

I've already re-installed a node (re-build) but it doesn't helps, I've tried to enter in incognito - no success
When try "operator-cli version" - I see an error in console also
