I can't tell when i can't tell why but sometimes the range weapon turns into a water gun. No sound, no recoil, no damage but still using ammunition! Dropping the gun and grabbing it again fixes the issue. Making pew pew sounds during that time is fun though...

Difficult to replicate, sometimes go hours without it, others i have to drop my gun every minute or two.

i had this old clip saved where i suffered the same bug, I trimmed this rq but i'll submit a support ticket when i get home

I had this glitch today, almost died, very frustrating.

It is very frustrating, specially when you need to down the boss but your gun refuses to fire

Thank you, it is interesting that they need a video at all! I mean do they only believe us if we send a video? I am pretty sure that they are able to check their own codes for any complications without a video.

yeah but that could be something 5 minutes before the the video starts. I don't know lets see. Doesn't happen often thank god.
