regardless of the reasons, Genshin TOS explicitly states any and all mods are prohibited to be used on the game
it kinda makes sense in terms of skins, appearances, macros etc but they should explicitly make exceptions for accessibility tools for people with disabilities to use their own programs and tools to play the game without them being counted as mods imo
