A sect of human named the orokintook control of everything and became gods (that’s what they think they are anyway they age but they found a way to transfer their consciousness to a different body to live forever) who made a huge scientific achievement that made the other planets inhabitable even brought life to them but on the other hand those achievements fucked the environment with pollution that they created the sentient an artificial race to explore other solar systems to inhabit the sentient found one but they rebelled on the orokin because they don’t want the same thing to happen to tau (the solar system they discovered) what happened on earth on the other hand the orokin created a colonization ship the zaramin ten zero that housed families and scientists to explore tau and colonize it while the war was waging around in origin system (earth mars Saturn etc) but the void drive of the ship had an issue and the ship got stranded in the void (a world between worlds full of chaotic energy) the parents went insane and tried to kill the childrens but the children gained powers to fight of their parents the orokin recovered the ship and weaponized the children to pilot the warframes (a bio mechanical war suits that were made from infestation, basically z virus from resident evil if it went right) and they won the war against the sentient but the tenno (the children of the zaramin ten zero who got powers) rebelled against to orokin as well to kill of all the orokin freeing the origin system from them and went to hibernation until they are needed again and all that before the beginning of the game
