Ok to some degree they explained so im gonna elaborate a bit you get a currency from daily missions but the currency you can get it from other ways to trade in for the secret letter of the character think of that currency like the gacha currency

This probably explains it the farming better maybe the only issue with this is that it doesn’t show that not all characters/weapns are farmed from daily missions

Opening a secret letter does not guarantee you will get a character shard fyi (and before you ask no im not breaking nda this system was in the second beta )

Fun fact there’s statues effects in this game but no combination and all of them are just damage over time except for lumino and umbro , umbro makes bosses recover their stance bar slower and lumino refreshes the duration of other status effects

And for my nonwarframe players who don’t know what status effects are here’s an example , this weapon has a 25% trigger probability meaning with every hit of this weapon there’s a 25% chance it will apply the status effect of the element of the character you are using on the enemy

Yah the phoxhunter(charon protagonist) and the boy/girl from the dream (human protagonist) are two different protagonists (that’s why it’s called duet , because two main characters with two different stories that might interlinked in the future) in cbt 2 I had the option to have both characters male or female but never tried it so I don’t know if it works I always chosen a different gender of the other
