Again, not sure why you're so bent on wuwa not changing the region locking thing when they said they'll consider it for other regions if enough players ask. Flying doesn't remove possibilities. It adds them, I would argue. Wuwa already demonstrated that they can make a boss leave its bounds to kick your behind (Dragon of Dirge). Flying only prevents you from getting killed in that instance. If the devs want, they can do a lot of things. But removing features is a very lame and lazy way to fix a problem. The player dissatisfaction is testament to that.
