Pagan Min just felt like a bottom feeder cozying into a very convenient power vacuum, made even more obvious by his extravagant design compared to the game's theme
John Seed had that invisible cult leader vibe and the morals/tone/MO of a guy that went head-first into his own delusion. The way the Seed family was structured though felt borderline Ghost Recon Wildlands than Far Cry. Far Cry was always about one true villain, not a syndicate split over enforcers and shit
Castillo definitely feels like a villain within arms reach of a guerrilla (believable, with caveats. Had the charisma and MO to boot) but see the main flaw in FC6 was it wasn't man VS wild anymore (I mean neither was 5), it was straight up FPS Just Cause
