discharge is mailly for iframe and secondary effect if available.
for me, asurada failure is in the mechanic, you need more button input just to utilize the clone charge attack : /
wish the clone attack can be triggered by other means, maybe on crit or simply end or normal attack string, etc

My case is that during gaming my cpu usage is at 100% result in some stutter in-game (fps game which every frames matter) , recording or browsing does not consume much cpu usage but I have to squeezed into my game as much as possible, i have to close recording app and other app which are handled by cpu in the background to reduce cpu usage
So my recommendation is to balance your rigs
