all server got merged

if you're wondering about longevity theres official financial reports around showing a ton of revenue (not the terrible estimation site youtubers keep posting that has no basis in fact)
it also was in no.1 preorders for cn/jp on psn, no.5 or so for other regions two months ago

there is no official list that is up2date, just some from NA that have gathered a quick overview of the rankings and activity.... (months ago...)
tbh you can just try yourself if the playercount is suitable for you or not.... playercount is also a bad indicator if it is relevant for you to play, because there can be many players but they are only among themselves (in the crew) or there are less players than thought, but very active in the world chat...
I learned over the year to just try it out, instant of looking for reviews or videos about a game

also there's 13x the zones now so people are very spread out
and like most mmo's players tend to only queue up for max level content
but you level fast and a lot of it is soloable before then
plus guilds and world chat are extremely helpful to people asking for help
