What I think they need to do for anniversary is to have a nice event. A event dungeon that with an anniversary dungeon boss that you beat to get stuff for progressing your character, anniversary cosmetics, or just for fun stuff. Have anniversary quests that are fun to do, and an anniversary story mission. Also have something around the world for players to do during the anniversary event

well technically there is 3 classes for weapon equiping 2 of same will give you some buffs toward the job they do
for example 2 support item will make you heal more
