Side quests are not needed for 100%. Only loot all supply pods and world exploration, ruins and view points. The only trick part for Crown 100% is the puzzle at the big crystal chunk wich contains a supply pod needed for 100% for crown.

With Skill and RNG I'd say. Skill with triggering slowmo on the bossed whenever its off cd and RNG with what weapons and Matrices you got so far in the cbt and obv. what upgrades you get in wormwhole. I used Humas SSR Shield on 3 Star together with Kings Scythe on 1 Star for Frigg on Lv. 24. Even tho she had resistance vs both my weapons and did it because I got lucky in the drops in the 7 stages before. Got every second double damage buff and i get 20% more dmg but deal 40% more dmg. So do first 4 levels and if u dont have the blessing runes you want just restart.

Just run Echo and Ene, third is whatever can do Pepper for some baby heals
Avoid tank/health buffs and focus on getting 4 stacks minimum of each damage buff
When you're close to the end try to group elites together since if they're in combat at the end they die and drop their buff
You do be needing perfect dodges

That is it basically, in my case I went with all HP/Tank buffs because huma on 3 Star does 4% of your current health as dmg with every dodge attack, so to not confuse anyone (because in my screenshot i only got the hp buffs) if you dont use huma 3 star focus getting all the attack buffs ^^

the lightning thing "arc core" is an extra equipment from raids/raid shop

#

the visor comes with 2.0 and is from new region world bosses or bought with raid shop currency

#

arc core substats give elemental atk while visor substats give crit
(these two pieces can roll % stats like %ice atk, and the visor can roll %crit)

#

arc core is upgraded with the same equipment modules as before, and starred with arc cores or new exp screws
visor is upgraded with new purple tier equipment modules and starred with visors or exp screws
(dismantling an arc core or visor will yield these exp screws)
