A) The above problem may be caused by your phone's remaining space is insufficient to load the corresponding error message, please confirm whether your phone's remaining space meets the official recommended requirements, if not, please try to free up the space to ensure the necessary resources to download.
Q) After I install the game and launch it, it starts downloading game resources. What should I do if it shows an error message or not enough space while downloading resources.
A) Please check whether the remaining space of your phone meets the recommended configuration requirements, if not, you can try to solve the problem by cleaning up the phone space.
Q) When downloading game resources, it stops at 100%.
A) Unfortunately, your phone might not meet the recommended system requirements. This problem may be due to the low performance of your phone, please first confirm whether your phone configuration is in line with the official recommendations. If your phone meets the requirements, please wait 2 ~ 3 minutes the first time you encounter it, if the problem still exists please try to exit the game and re-enter.
Q) What should I do when ‘insufficient space’ ‘unable to update’ or other error messages prompt after I enter the game?

Q) When clicking the ‘Window’ pre-download button, it's unresponsive.
A) Please try a different browser than Chrome, we recommend using Edge for PC launcher download if you have difficulty downloading it. Also make sure you disable adblock.
Q) Why does it show two different languages on my screen?
A) Please change your system language to one of the eight languages we support, and re-enter the game.
Q) I selected a region/country during registration, can I change it later if I change my mind?
A) The region you select during registration does not affect selecting servers in the later stage, if you wish to change your region please reach out to our customer service.
Q) What should I do if my antivirus software stops launching?
A) (If it’s Norton Antivirus) Please recover TenioTPF.dll from Norton quarantine files and then try to launch the game.
