Right click an empty space on your monitor and click display options, then go scroll down to Scale and Layout and go to “change the size of text,app, and other items”. If it’s 100% for u go to like 75% or something lower
there are many case of character disappearing from the account.
sometimes it's just that your account is unbound, and if your not lucky you may be in my case were I may have been hacked (since my character was renamed).
To rebound your account you can ask the support there is a few steps to follow (it might not work depending on how you used to login into your account).
Just give them the most information you can, in my case I just had a glimpse of hope of getting my account back soon (it's been 2 weeks).
Hello, I need help, I think my account got hacked. Someone else logged on to it and then unbinded my email. How can this be possible? I did not even login to any website aside .from the official website. Could this possibly be a data breach on my end?
Can't answer the how you got hacked or why, depending on how you used to login into your account, someone could have logged in using whatever the way possible, and since ToF do not have the most secured accounts I have seen in my life, it is highly possible that someone could have unbounded your login method (if you got hack that is).
Ask the support they take a long time but the chance to get it back is not 0.
By the way how did you use to login into your account?
Tof and gmail only through my mobile device.

If you do not bound only a TFA account to you account it may not be secured. My account got hacked like that and I never shared it as well.
It's been two weeks since, and the support answered me that they found a suspicious activity so I'm still waiting.
Ask the ingame support for help, that's were I've got the 'suspicious activity' answer, meaning that they are investigating the problem

@narrow oracle -- Assuming that it's just one server that the disconnection happens on, and that other servers in a region are functioning fine, then there's two primary causes:
Either on the system side (performance / loading speed -- the client not being ready in-time -- causing a timeout), or network side (the router itself, or any gateway / hop along the path between you and the game servers) causing the session to be killed.
-- Assuming the disconnections are very-fast on attempting to connect to the server, and that the loading screen is not slow .. then these tend to be network-oriented.
Easiest place to start is to try resetting your router {commonly works}. If that doesn't, then if you have an alternate form of Internet Connectivity, such as mobile-data / tethering, that would help here to attempt to narrow things down a bit.

From your description yesterday, you said that the launcher disappears and then comes-back after a few seconds, and the game does not start. Are you certain that QRSL does not launch at-all, and that it doesn't start, crash, and close?
Rather than inspecting the launcher's logs, would first recommend looking for the existence of crash dumps, or engine logs:

If you can find a Hotta.log {engine log}, or crash-dump for that matter, and send them my way {via DM's} -- will be happy to take a look and see if we can figure out what's happening.
@long cedar -- For anything billing related it'll be necessary to contact Tower of Fantasy's support, and or your bank, to have why the transaction is being declined investigated.
- It sounds like you've been able to make payments in the past, so this may very well be temporary too. {some systems issue with either end of the transaction processing}
@ocean flicker -- Likely the file referenced in the prompt {WebViewerHelper} has been blocked, or otherwise removed by security / AntiVirus software. Prompts like this are common if there's a 0-byte file left in its place, and this is a common mechanism that AV's use for restricting access.
If you use any third party security software, check its program logs, any quarantine folder, etc. It may be necessary to create an exception, and then if the option to restore the executable does not exist -- to run a "repair" of the game's assets from the launcher.
@scarlet bramble -- Character is usually shown as {UID 00, Lv 1}, if checking settings before logging in to a server.

If not, and you've not started troubleshooting -- try logging out from the launcher, closing the launcher (completely), re-opening it, and signing back in from scratch.

In addition to performing a repair, did you also try 'deleting' the folders mentioned in Authra's pinned post -- before performing one?

the anti cheat is ksophon_x64.sys so if you uninstall the game and make sure the file is gone it should probably fix it

It sounds like the crashes only happen on starting and stopping the game, and not during general operation of the machine. Course, correct me if I'm wrong on that assumption.

Provided that the hardware and system is stable, AMD's drivers are quite stable with ToF.
Course, same applies on Green Team as well.

I had to install nvidia broadcast cause typical noise supression VSTs are sort of garbage
and to get them to work on linux you have to install this super crap software called rocm that crashes your computer and doesnt work
linux is a whole other beast in general with getting specialized software to work properly

Take a look under "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Hotta\Saved\Crashes", and see if you see any folders in this location that line up timestamp wise with the recent closures.
Assuming these folders exist: If you can archive the most recent of them {e.g, with winrar, winzip, 7zip, etc} and send me them (via DM's), would be happy to take a look and see if we can figure out what's happening.

You don't "need to" (if you don't want to), yet your ticket may be closed if you stop interacting. This would of course be your call, unless support tells you otherwise.

Best bet in a situation like that would be through the helpdesk / ticket system actually, unless it's effecting everyone else around you (all other players on the server) when it's happening.
You'll want to contact your Internet Provider (ISP), and Tower of Fantasy's support.
In the case of the ISP, you'd want to explain the service that you're having issues connecting to (e.g, mention Tower of Fantasy), and when contacting Tower of Fantasy's support, you'd want to provide details on your ISP / where you're connecting from [along with your IP address].
^ The goal is to have both ends (your Internet Provider and Tower of Fantasy's support) look at routing in each direction.

The in game support gave me what I'd like to call a satisfactory answer.
So I would at least advise that you keep contact with the in game support (since they are working on my case).
i made 1 ticket on website got answer back it was fixed and to send them back everything i alrdy send them if it wasn't XD depsite sending the ticket after the fix went out

The in-game support seems more... friendly I think. At least they did not close my ticket and they are working to try to fix my problem so I'm grateful.

Same support destination, though a different method of contact. The general issue with the ingame helpdesk (at least with your type of problem) is that it requires signing into the game fully on a character.
Any controller that exposes XInput should work on PC. I've personally used a DS4 controller on PC and Android.

Whenever I play Tower of Fantasy even for like 10 minutes, My Monitor cuts to black with audio playing and I have to restart my PC for to work.
I tested it with some other games on my PC and it doesn't happen.
Does anyone have nay idea why this is caused?

- Log out in launcher
- Close launcher in the background and ideally restart pc.
- Open the game then Login again.

just make sure you do it the right way around, check before you finalize anything.

Hello . I have a problem with ToF that has appeared recently. When i close the game , my pc freezes and i have to either reboot my pc or wait for the blue screen to appear.
Not sure if i'm completely missing a setting but it's rly rly rly loud when i launch, which setting makes it quieter? My sound settings are quite low so i don't think it's from these ??

I used to be like you, but do you know what I got after I changed my birthday ? I lost character and half a month already they didn't fix it 
oh god, I was trapped in an infinite timeline of a-03 not registering it was cleared. it would "reward" me and then exit and then the exp bar gained and then reset back to before it was cleared outside. only logging out and logging in fixed it to standing outside of it with proper status. posting in case people face the same time retracement.

even bigger games like genshin don't crash this way for me
the fact that its always exactly 4 times before crashing means something is stacking up at each teleport

Its random and sometimes takes so long, that i get kicked into main menu (after loading takes 2 min or more). I checked logs in Appdata and this is what game writes when its happening:

can someone show me how to properly stream the game without having to share my screen? I asked about this issue before and honestly it sucks to not have audio in it. if i stream it just from the app itself the stream "freezes" to the last image it sees and stays that way and only the audio works. i dunno if its settings from the game or from discord itself and i tried almost everything that i know of to try and fix it

keyboard works on iPad. Mouse doesn't. can't rotate camera. can only right click (dodge) but can't left click. Are there any ways to play keyboard mouse in ToF on iPad/phone? Or is it only controllers. Any unofficial ways?
Is using Cloudflare WARP bannable? My ISP just doesn't seem to get along with ToF and I am getting 200 ping on a 250 Mbps up/down speed connection ( Using ethernet ). I tried WARP earlier and my ping was constantly around 70-75 during that time. Also, couldn't help to try some co-op activities and found it easier to dodge for phantasia which was my biggest problem so far along with some attacks/skills not registering any damage which, both issues gone after testing. Of course the big question is, is it bannable to use WARP while playing?

About 30 minutes ago i was kicked out of the game and since then I had trouble logging in in launcher, getting into the game, even news don't load sometimes. I've finally got into the game but chat doesn't work properly, friend list is empty and there seems to be other issues.

There won't be a bluescreen minidump, since the system is not going down completely. Do you need to hard power the system following this {press and hold}, or does tapping the power button (ACPI shutdown) succeed?
- Probably a good starting point would be looking through the Windows Event Viewer {"System" section} around the time that the display blanking, and looking for a graphics driver crash (or other errors) in the logs.

Do you have access to another system? If you do, remote control software would be the best bet here.
You have no display signal, yet the machine is clearly active -- since you can hear audio. Remote control from another machine should (hopefully) continue working, letting you inspect what's happening in more detail.
Assuming that the issue is just the GPU plopping out, would Remote Control still be able to display something on the screen? I can give it a try
Yes -- it would if the graphics card goes down -- even if TDR was disabled in the OS, and no reset was issued [no display device present at all]. So long as networking is still functioning, at least.
- For that matter, you could boot the machine with no videocard connected, and would be able to do this just the same.

Best starting point is to try resetting your router. I did try that, but it didn't do anything.
such as cellular tethering I tried that last time when I had ISP issues, and it didn't work at all. 99% then disconnect. or disconnect after about 1 minute in game with horrible lags :)
it'll probably clear up on its own yeah it did clear on it's own eventually, but it would be nice to know more about troubleshooting networking issues with ToF, so I don't have to wait and hope next time and could check what is wrong and instantly call ISP and ask them to fix it, if issues is on their side.

It's possible for you to see the addresses of servers that you're connected to through Windows' Resource Monitor, or the router's state table. Most of these have ICMP disabled, and can't be directly pinged -- unfortunately.
You would still be able to use a tool such as "winmtr" to look at routing up to the point of the remote datacenter. Unfortunately, this is still only one direction, and there's no guarantee that the return path is the same {or that loss is in the outbound direction}.
router's state table that may be tricky when you have more than active 100 connections and some constantly open/close. But windows resource monitor works.
Most of these have ICMP disabled, and can't be directly pinged -- unfortunately. Yeah, that's not very uncommon. But tools like tcping also exist and you can check path to these servers as well...
Main thing to look for with problems that start abruptly, is if routes suddenly change -- which they might. That would be valuable if you could find such a correlation to report to the ISP.
Yet, like said -- you'd only be able to see one side of the equation here.
Thanks again. It would be nice to have a list of game seervers split into categories, but if you can't provide it, well.. I'll have to look for it myself next time when I get issues... :(

for those people who get problem like: force close, loading stopped at 90% then return to server selecting segment, etc. the best option is reinstall the game, I just tried it and it worked. I have done a lot of things before like repair the game files, restart my internet, restart my pc, update my drivers but no one worked. maybe it caused by the game files got corrupted or something but repairing the files didn't fix it.

Yo guys, I got a login problem. I got a iPhone 11 from my brother and tried to login into my main account with 38k CS. But when I tried, it logged me into a different account. Like two different accounts same email. The phone I used and logged in is with my Google play account. But in iPhone tof doesn't have Google login option. Basically I'm moving from Android to iPhone. There's also a binding option but I'm scared I might data wipe my main account

Hi there, I've run into some issues with my Camera targeting that I cannot seem to correct. I was having issues with Claudia as my burst kept shooting off to the side using the auto feature for the Camera, so I switched to manual. To an extent this seemed perfect for me, as I was now attacking where I was facing instead of focusing on a single mob.
Now suddenly, I remain locked onto that first mob unless it dies, or I get too far away. IS there anyway to disable this Auto Aim on PC? I genuinely do not need the auto lock, and it's starting to gate my progression through challenging content, as I cannot switch targets when I need too.
These are my current settings, now - after tinkering with it to find a solution. I have yet to find one.

How long are we talking with your loading times here? Even just an estimate would be fine.
A system is only as strong as its weakest link, and CPU speed could be bottlenecking you just as much as the disk, for instance. Or, memory.
Reading through your message history, I see ultra-wide screenshots and assume that's a pretty high end system.
Have you tried completely signing out from the launcher, closing the launcher, restarting the launcher, and signing back in? If you have, have you also tried the pinned suggestions?

On the 28th, we troubleshooted NVidia driver crashes with your 3070 -- which seemed to only happen when changing clockspeeds. The game seemed stable {at least to my understanding}, and the crashes halted when locking the card at maximum clocks.
Did you wind up RMA'ing the card, and now you're attempting to run the game on another machine? Or is this the same computer, which stopped starting the game?

Seems that you've been playing around with the TDR settings. 3 would be the default, is this set to '0' right now? Was the card still unstable after everything we did?

TdrLevel of 0, is basically disabling crash detection -- completely. The delay values will be ignored, those look like they're massively elevated.
Better question I suppose is if the machine is actually stable with the level being 0. The drivers should not require this, to be clear.

Be aware that use of a VPN is technically against the user-agreement. It may have value for the sake of knowing if it's your connection, yet this is not a long term solution -- and is bound to cause problems in a variety of ways.
Do you recall if the connection stall started immediately after signing in following a game update {if it did, it's more likely to be on the software-side}? Also, do you have any other devices that you can test -- to rule out hardware / software?
Best starting point here would be trying to isolate and narrow things down. If you've not restarted your router, that's also worth trying.

Standard email based login? Since you stated that it's an old account that you've not used in awhile (presumably), are you completely certain that you're signing in identically to how you did before?

Many people have the same issue.
If you used the email+password from ToF to connect someone may have log into your account and unbound your way of login in and pretty much steal your account.
Or it may also just have unbound itself.
Contact the support for help or at least just so that they can investigate.
In my case it's been the weeks since I lost my account and they are still investigating the issue, and found out just spotted recently a suspicious activity on my account.(I can say goodbye to Claudia and the outfit😢 )
I advise you to be patient if you want to get back your account you may need it depending on what the problem is.

Is there any way to stay signed in if I am using a google account?
Since today's (surprise to me) patch, I'm crashing out within minutes with out of video memory errors, and extreme escalation in temp while mostly idle (on a team finder window), going from 123F to 180F in a minute or so with 100% graphics card utilization reported from the video card. No settings changes happened. Nvidia RTX 2080.
Triggerable on demand by opening the team finder (goes from 68% used to 100% used, and crashes out).
Any known issues? Where are any application log files?

The UNetDriver errors seem to have been a thing that just happens (in the saved log from my morning play). But the last two timestamps are new. And the last one seems to be the exiting line of every session since the patch.
Can confirm an immediate on demand crash (video out of memory) by going to in-game store pages too, for me at least. Vera orienteering, click journey store, background comes up (store panel is empty), immediate fail.

I have 16G of ram, 2G available when the game crashes out. But I'll look at my page file settings.
In this instance, from my resource monitors, it's definitely video ram that's getting ded. And a 2080 has a Lot. (also only cropped up since this mornings patch, and no page file settings have changed for me in a year).

Temps can effect gpu-ram(usages)
It's the combination of seeing all of the GPUs go to 100%, the (video) RAM going to 100%, and the temperature spiking because all of the GPUs are 100%, on a nominally resource light screen. Or at least I'd assume it's resource light, for a store, or the team finder, where I've managed to reproduce so far.
The game client gives a pop up saying out of video memory. The log gives a DirectX out of memory error.
The resource counters in windows show wildly new video behavior on those screens. And only on those screens, because I did manage to go kill two world bosses as long as I didn't touch those menus.

100% GPU usage on character window anf team finder is known issue. This causing my gpu fan to sound like crazy. The only solution is to limit fps to 60.

For anything billing related, you'll probably need to create a support ticket {through the helpdesk, from the settings menu} -- to have the team investigate why your currency has changed abruptly for your account.
I'm assuming that the way that you're connecting to the game is identical to how it was prior, and there's no changes to the account to your knowledge that you've triggered.

@torn thorn -- Not personally encountered this, yet 82c is definitely on the hot side -- even for a stock fan-ramp on most cards, unless the ambient temps are very high.
A 2080 should not be running out of video memory {you're correct here}, would look into possible interactions with any third-party software that uses D3D-injected overlays, or some combination in the case of multiple. {RTSS, Geforce Experience, Discord, Microsoft Gamebar, etc}
These can sometimes cause leaks.

- On the GPU usage front whenever in game menus, try enabling NVidia's driver framerate limiter or force-engaging vsync through the NVidia Control Panel {3D Settings}.
It's not an answer for why on the game-design side, yet it might get things at least under control.

Anyone know how to stop this? I first got this about a week ago and since then it happens most of the time when teleporting or trying to join anything that requires teleporting. From the description, it sounds like packet-loss. Usually would not persist for such a long period of time -- yet your peering / your route to the server might have changed in some way, or one of the gateways went bad or something else of that nature happened.
Do you have the ability to use any other form of Internet Connection, such as cellular-tethering, to try to narrow this down? {see if you don't get disconnected so frequently}
Any other symptoms such as skills not executing, lag-backs, delay, or other observations in combat?
On the CTD front, see if there's any dumps created under: "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Hotta\Saved\Crashes", and if you can send them (as I've requested above to some others), would take a look. Though I'm more suspect that it's related (since it started at the same time as the disconnections) to the loss, and that the client is getting into some weird state.
Unfortunately i dont have another connection, everything seems fine when testing connection with other sources. As for other symptoms, i have noticed it does take a brief moment longer than before when logging in on the launcher and ingame it pauses for a few secs right before the region select screen
The other way to 'test this' would be if you have another device that you can attempt to play the game from. If the game behaves the same (on another machine, or mobile), and similarly gets disconnected -- then that's pretty good evidence that it's on the connection side here.
That said - it probably is on the connection end, and you'll want to contact your Internet Provider (ISP) and Tower of Fantasy's support. Especially if you can isolate it to that.
In the case of the ISP, you'd want to explain the service that you're having issues with (e.g, mention Tower of Fantasy), and when contacting Tower of Fantasy's support, you'd want to provide details on your ISP / where you're connecting from [along with your IP address].
^ The goal is to have both ends (your Internet Provider and Tower of Fantasy's support) look at routing in each direction.

The folders in entirety would be preferable (if they can be zipped up). Everything in them is valuable, the Hotta.log, the minidump, and the crash summary.

Fortunately, the launcher username has no bearing on how anyone identifies you in the game, nor your ingame name. You could simply ignore this aspect -- as nobody else will see it.

vitality recovery time is wrong, each day it takes at least an extra 3 minutes to get the full 180 vitality. all those extra 3 minutes a day adds up

Can u fix the game, it's always crashing while in inventory, since the opening of the game. Came here to share my frustration cuz now I can't even browse through it. After 10 secs it crashes, always. Renaming the file to Tower Of Fantasy so its E:\Tower Of Fantasy but the easiest way to fix it would be to just reinstall it into the path it wants to go into aka C:\Tower Of Fantasy\

Binding to a third-party OAuth login service on its own is not enough. You'll want to enable "TFA" {on the third party service}, have a strong password, and importantly -- unbind your standard email login from your Tower of Fantasy account thereafter.

Be aware that a VPN is technically against the user-agreement. [Player Conduct, clause (s) ] --- It's still valuable, in that it confirms your problem is connection oriented in nature.

On the login issues being server-specific {myriad}, this is more likely a difference in the amount of data associated with your character. As you play the game, acquire loot, equipment, and so on -- your character's data grows, and at a certain point it reaches a size where these types of issues manifest.
e.g, people who swap servers and play on another server (where they face a similar problem), tend to eventually run into the same inability to connect on that server as well. {any server with a well established character}

If yes, there's sadly not a reliable solution.
However, if your hardware is still under support (not legacy status), and if Intel is still producing graphics drivers for it -- best advice that I can give here is to report the problem to Intel's driver team.
You can try newer drivers, or dropping the game down to D3D11, yet there's no guarantee that this will clean up the output. {DM me if you need help with either of those things}
So as you suggested, I have set up my 2FA on my third party login source, and I don’t think I ever used a standard email as a login for this account. Is there a way to verify/check this in-game?

From the launcher, in the upper right corner, if you click on your name {account-name} -- you'll see a dropdown menu with a choice to enter the "Account Center". There's a tab in here for binding the account to another login method.
If everything is shown as unbound, you're good to go.

This part I'm not well versed in -- would have to wait for someone else to chime in. However, if you haven't explicitly bound the account to another login method, then there should only be the initial one that you've used. {meaning, during account creation}

That's the exact same problem I've been having for over 2 weeks. Many others have this problem as well
It's a driver issue with UE4 specifically {there's similar artifacts in other games based on this engine, on Intel's hardware}.
- You could also try reporting the issue to Tower of Fantasy's support (via helpdesk / ticket), yet Intel IGP's are under the minimum requirements, and I'm not sure how much aid you'll receive in this venue.
Does the Dev's have a plan to make intel IGP's compatible with the game? I don't this issue a month ago, but after the latest updates, the game starting to get a visual bug

Today I was greeted by a glimmer of hope by the support. They told me to try to connect to my account, that it should be back to normal. I tried to connect and nothing.
I answered telling them that I still had no access whatsoever to my character.
They closed the ticket telling me they can't do anything about it.

Hi everyone , I have made a Big mistake, i'll have a big trouble with my focus, on a normal day when it's time to choose a matrice i write it's name but today this is not the case
So i'll choose the wrong matrice, i'm wondering if it's possible to contact someone for this really big mistake..
And also if dev Can work on a better way to see the matrice possessed when it's time to choose one ..
idealy they give a way to lock protect matrices, gone is gone

Well at this point this is just an horrible joke.
They admit the fault and close the ticket days after. We have no answers whatsoever and they tell us to wait, and wait, and wait. I'm doing my best to stay polite but this support is just the biggest joke internet as ever seen.
Not even in my wildest dream would I have imagine, being blamed for the security of my account when they do not offer us anything do secure it. I'm just salty beyond imagination right now, but the more I read theirs answers the more I'm angry at them and myself for trusting those good for nothing.
my crew is gone. prolly disbanded cause not many of us were donating daily... you need minimum 2000 honor points when i asked support. otherwise, crew is in stagnation mode and then gets disbanded automatically after 2 weeks...
either that or i got kicked from crew. but i was promoted to commanded only like a couple days before crew gone. but when i see crewmate they still in crew. and old commander is commander again.
And you know what's the most amazing thing?
The support pretty much told me to give up my account, start a new one and make sure that it is secure this time.
At this point this is straight up a big joke. If they don't get back and tell me it's a late april fool I'm just making a PDF of all my support interaction and leaking it everywhere so that the player will know what this game support really looks like.

I don't think I'm going to make another account to play. Unless months down the line I feel like it or something. But when I made my account, I tried to do the other binding methods as well but they never would work. So I ended up being stuck with just the email password login way. Though now I am able to use like the g button, but that would just give me a new account
The worst part is that customer service hasn't exactly been helpful at all. Fate grand order's customer service was way more helpfull then tof
Well I found it amazing that they actually dare to say it straight to my face, that they can't do anything and I better create and secure a new account (well it's not say like that but it's what said between the line)
So I won't create another account, they can keep the money I used in my account. But clearly I will never, NEVER say this game is good to anyone. - If you have another form of sign-in, then you'd want to unbind the "Custom Account" for the sake of security
@violet eagle -- Whenever you say that you download the launcher, I'm assuming that you're speaking of "TofMiniLoader_official.wg.intl.exe" and that there's no installer application-window that you've ever seen.
Is this correct? Or have you managed to install the launcher with the miniloader, yet the launcher itself won't open?

Plnx -- Is your video clip supposed to show the game closing? {It looks like a prompt was cancelled very briefly at the start of the video by an attack-swing}
Take a look under "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Hotta\Saved\Crashes", and see if you see any folders in this location.
Assuming these folders exist: If you can archive the most recent of them {e.g, with winrar, winzip, 7zip, etc} and send me them (via DM's), would be happy to take a look and see if we can figure out what's happening.

has anyone encountered a server glitch/ possible hack wherein you are logged out and cannot log back in, even after a password change? the login says that they are logged in elsewhere however when their character is found in game they are in inactive and not moving? can the ghost character be logged out remotely to allow the player access to their account?

Whether I log into the launcher, through gmail, any way I have logged in, my character does not show up. It always states that I need to create a new character. Tried binding/unbinding, etc. Everything was done but no resolution, apparently the devs are working on it from latest response but who knows at the moment.. Really sucks to hear.

should i use anti aliasing in this game ? i heard this game used a stone age anti aliasing tech called MSAA , causing heavy burden for GPU not worth the quality boost

i found a message says the i logged in in another pc, and i didn't notice if i used the log in or register new account under the same info
Even though they do fix a lot of the network issues encountered in the game if they catch you using it your account will be terminated
Try then login with email and password to the game and try if it shows ur char
i did, it show me that this account is new there's no character yet
It is hard to steal an account without the owners password and email address don’t use the same password as your email account password for your game account that way if your email account is compromised even if they see you have a towers account registered to it they can’t log in also double bind the account I have mine bound to gmail and my Apple ID so if something happened with email I can get in and change my information

@silk junco -- A password change will not evict a person from your account if the attacker has stored the session {e.g, checked "Stay logged in"}, or simply has not logged out from the launcher.
If you suspect (for any reason) that someone has access to your account / that your account has been compromised, the only way to evict such a person would be by binding another login method, signing in through that method, and then unbinding the old login method. From the sound of this recent post, the system shuts down / reboots on its own. Still no BSOD minidumps being generated, despite leaving the machine until it resets?
Yup, no BSOD or any dumps produced only a singular event around the system rebooting ubnormally.
Was unable to actually set up Remote Access to the PC, As after the event happen It doesn't let me connect, I tried the remote chrome desktop for this.

I got the problem this morning yesterday i can login without problem.
Funny, my AMD RX470 also black screens pc with sound still working for 20 seconds then I have to restart it. It used to do it in Genshin and before that Control (and only once in Lost Ark). Turned up fan curve in Radeon software fixed it for everything...until it happe in ToF like 4 times in 2 days a few patches ago. It stopped happening again (might have turned fans up a super tiny bit more but I don't think that was it).
It's some AMD gpu bs where it "resets wattman settings" because idiots have been making drivers for it for 2 years and keep increasing fan curve but never enough.
I also have it...underclocked by like 20 Mhz

Tbh amd graphics are not the best for games that are gpu intensive we used amd Radeon graphics for about 4 years in our vr rendering workstations then we started having trouble with the graphics cards doing exactly what your description is except the system would reboot itself 4 5 times automatically then refused to turn back on until it was physically unplugged and plugged back in we switched to nvidia graphics original systems user the nvidia tesla cards now we are using nvidia quadro problems went away
Amd cards are lower priced but they don’t take the kind of loads nvidia can so my advice don’t buy cheaper graphics cards save up and get nvidia also side note don’t buy 3rd party nvidia cards like pny asus msi etc buy actual nvidia cards not ones from different manufacturers that are using nvidia chips in them

It's always drivers. They updated drivers and introduced some idiotic problems. Just now read about having to increase power limit slider and it would solve most black screen gpu issues on 580s (or something) and also the fans beind set too low for 10 months (they had fans starting at 60C and up but it took too long to cool it and it blackscreened. Sometimes even giving error codes after pc restarts (but fixed after 1 more restart).
If you don't and leave them on detauls for years it does die faster.

Problem is thermal cycles ever since they went to lead free solder on electronic devices that became a huge problem lead free solder is very brittle and extreme thermal cycles on graphics cards tends to crack the solder joints under gpu chips causing many different very infuriating to diagnose problems and eventually the card just quits this is also true for laptops those run very hot and have a very short lifespan of 2-3 years before problems show up like random shutdown screen glitches memory problems and other issues as those joints fail to maximize the lifespan of your device don’t let the cpu/gpu temperature get higher than 40.5c 105f if it’s cooking along at 58-68c 136.4-154.4f it’s dying

I can't login to the game anymore. It started when I tried to boot up the game on PC, got a login status exception and then the client autoclosed. So I tried to log out and relogin. It did the usual facebook (the account I binded it to) rigamorale, but then when it logged into that account and it should have logged into ToF, it gave me another error. Now everytime I try I just get a blank white screen where the facebook login is supposed to appear.
I can still log into the game and play on my phone but I really, really, really hate playing on my phone.
