Tbh I think there’s one other issue that can be a problem I had it on a custom pc running an aorus 7 gaming board with a threadripper cpu and the x399 chipset the pc would run fine then as soon as you opened anything that put a load on the cpu it would lock up and just shut down it was literally running then bam it shut off

That was traces to the power phase control for the cpu one phase was turning off when it was loaded by the cpu once it got warm

Your either overload/overheating your power supply turning off the switch at the back for a minute and turning it back on is resetting the power supply protection system inside it allowing it to turn back on

Facebook binding only causes issues. Consider to bind Twitter, google or Apple. If you're currently playing on Mobile, i don't know if you can unbind your Facebook account there.

@fierce bay -- In the Adrenaline CP, I only see use of a custom fan curve.

As long as you're only touching the fanspeed, and not adjusting clocks or voltage {especially if you're just increasing the fanspeed over stock}, this is perfectly fine / will not harm your hardware.

-- It's a fair trade to wear out fans faster than your graphics card, if you can tolerate the noise-level. Fans are far cheaper to replace, afterall.

I've been getting those same problem when I download the game before.
It's happened when your connection is problematic or unstable, which make the game corrupted.

When the game is downloaded, they will got corrupted that you need to redownload the game, even it's started at 10% back and getting repetition.

Since it's quite annoying, this problem can be prevented by :

1. Using Different Connection/Internet Provider.
2. Restarting Internet Router sometime ease the problem.
3. If you got Limited internet plan, just search some place that offer unlimited plan or buying some better internet plan.
4. If your router is quite crowded, please make sure it's focused for your device that is download TOF so you got the best connection while downloading, to avoid any corrupted files
5. If your router is a repeater Cable or Repeater WIFI, make sure that everything is stable and in the best conditions

If you encountered this problem, the only way is erasing the corrupted download.
Since TOF, you need to reinstall everything including the launcher, also make sure to delete TOF installation in your Storage Drive first too (making sure if there is no residue). If you have Screenshot available for your TOF, move it to another location to back it up if you wish.

Also making sure the Free Storage space available is more than twice as you needed, at least for making your storage breathe more easier, is quite recommended as well

Rather than Band-Aid, it's caused by [Credential Error] instead.
Credential Error usually a mismatch between Server and Client Credential information that's happened during the current session.

Credential Error sometime could be caused by your own DNS and ISP too, because they're the one that configure either the route, identity, and sometime they could Hijack the information that make the Credential Error problem significant and also sometime redirecting into some weird page... (for ads?, for relogin in their login page? Mostly that things happen).

Honestly sometime yes, if you ask that's happened to me as well.
But, when I check it up, it's happened with my router got restarted or ISP switching the route by themselves, since I can see that the TTL is changing significant by pinging Google in CMD/Terminal to make sure together with Request Timed Out (RTO).

And those is the real culprit about Login Exception Error....

Other UE4 Games support these commands so its kinda weird that tof just changes it back. I think it is just a default command by UE4 thats why it should work and doesnt need to be resetted to 100

I think in general it’s always better to have more accounts binds to your profile. Like google, apple and Twitter for example, i have read that people encountered getting hacked, but they never seem to have a 2nd option to login into there account.

Yeah... Though, sadly, I've had a contact that have had their custom account hacked, and they're in the process of trying to get it back via ToF support. Sadly not going well so far.

I've found a thread in reddit about custom accounts and it being very easy to get into, though I'm not entirely sure how much of it is reliable information.

If you mean in-game, then yes, they have. As a matter of fact, I think it was the same day they bought the monthly pass.

They are trying to also use that as a way to prove their account is theirs, though so far they've only been getting automated mails from the game.

Hello. When i a opening the game on my computer i get the message: "Login status exception, exiting the game". Then my game shuts down. Im playing EU Hephaestos server. When i'm opening the game on mobile, everything works fine... Can i fix this?

Am I the only one cuz sometimes when I play the game the server just disconnect and a notification pop up as “unable to connect to server,…” and I have to reconnect, however it happens consistently which is annoying. I tried using my phone to show ping but it was 60-70 then spike up as I was playing. My set up is i5 12400 with rtx 3050 so no way it’s a spec issue. Other games I played still fine below 100ms across the board and stable as well. What should I do? PS: already ran as administrator
