Nah I have the same problem and got stuck on it like 15 mins restarting the application lmao with the same login status exception problem. What fixed it was I logout my account from the launcher and resign-in my account and launch the game.

The support you get from contacting them through e-mail is no better than it is here and is quite unacceptable. 5 hours after I e-mail them I get a SECOND bot response as they don't acknowledge in the response at all that everything they had listed I had already done and mentioned I had done so in my e-mail to them. Minus a fresh re-install of the game. The way I fixed it wasn't even in the bot response either which is even more outrageous. Nice to know that you can't count on ToF support for anything.

Anyone getting Login Status Expectation, Exiting Game?

try this for any login exception errors:

1. Exit game
2. Log out in launcher
3. Close launcher in the background and ideally restart pc.
4. Open the game then login again

Sadly not much experience with Apple's products on the mobile side of things. {just took a dig through the chat history}

-- Will have to yield to someone else on this one. An iPad {at least a modern one} should be able to run the game though, so a last resort (nuclear) of resetting the device to factory defaults might be worth trying.

They don't have a paypal and my paypal is directly linked to my bank account, when i paid via paypal on my own account it saved my paypal account which has my personal information on it and i don't want them to have access to it

Ah, was more thinking in terms of transferring them the needed funding, and using their own account for making the purchase. In jist, there's no ingame gifting system currently.

Suspect that the game closures line up with TDR's, yet would like to make sure first. Afterburner / RTSS screenshot shows that the engine is selecting D3D12, we might have luck forcing it down to D3D11.

Giving to @proven cedar and @fiery radish a notice about this. I don't think that reddit post an offical Hotta stance because this would be illegal under the california consumer protection act. You have to have an account recovery regardless of 2FA is enabled or not. You can then force the user afterward to enable 2FA, but there are strict guidelines. I remember last year at my IRL job having to give Google a slap on the wrist for violating the consumer protections of banned YouTube accounts. (The violation was on charging YouTube premium fee to a banned account). If you interested in the legal details there is a good YouTube video about that I can share.)
I guess my point is @proven cliff you probably have better legal footing then you realize in that they are legally required to respond to you either to help restore your account (with conditions defined by Hotta) OR proper termination under US business law.

I think custom account bind is the original way you created the account. So you bind your custom account to your 2FA'd email first. Then log out of your account. Then log back in with your email, check your binded accounts, it should now give you the option to unbind your custom account

If you mean the DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION type BSOD's that are related to the anti-cheat, unfortunately there's no definitive solution at this time.

Per the anti-cheat related BSOD's, pretty much the only known solutions right-now boil down to:
-- Update drivers for every device that you can. {Chipset, etc}
-- Update or change BIOS {to another version}.
-- Disable or Enable Above 4G Decoding in BIOS.
-- Disable or Enable CSM in BIOS. [assuming that the OS was installed for UEFI boot]
-- Make sure that Hyper-V is not running, and or completely disable Hardware VT {in BIOS}.  [This one would be Windows 10+ specific]
-- Swap operating systems, if you're willing to go that far. {meaning, transition to Windows 10 if you're on Windows 11, or Windows 11 if you're on Windows 10}

Not ideal obviously, and hopefully future changes to the anti-cheat will resolve these more permanently.

If you're feeling adventurous or are comfortable in the BIOS, anything that alters how memory and interrupts are assigned to hardware has a chance to alleviate the crashes / get things stable.

Not sure if it's a recent change, yet often these mice implement their keyboard input {for the numpad} via the Windows API's methods for input injection. Unless the mouse does its mapping entirely at the hardware level, it's likely to be blocked.

• This was a problem with many mouse suites before the latest patch. Not intentional persay, just that the method / behavior is the same as other forms of automation.

Is your other account on mobile also a Google account? Do you have your other Google account added on your phone? Because it needs to be added to your phone in order to appear as a sign in option

You can alter your character later. But it's not free. You have to use a beauty voucher (you get only 1 free, may be more later in later updates), or pay 100 Dark crystals for any modifications afterwards
