Submerged human seed capsules I've been try to use are somehow EMPTY of seeds.
The doors locked and I have to unlock them and when I enter the capsule there is no seeds inside.

I had a bug in the early version of the game where the seeds spawned outside of the individual seed boxes, I was able to put them back in but I wonder if this happened to you and they ended up timing out and dying

I've had this at 03, 05, 07 and 20 and none on the surface of the water.

Today returning to the game I saw all human seeds FLOATING around the capsule! This is a bug that very often happen with underwater 'secret' rooms. The material is NOT inside but spread around the POI in the sea.
The seeds are impossible to bring to Lazarus because they already lost 90% of the time. I'll try to use an older save and start again.
Another infor: when I reached the capsule it was without power for some reason.

I didn't know that. But I already used an older save. If the bug happen again I'll do that, thanks.
Besides most seeds disappeared in the sea before I could "rescue" them. i'll try again,
