#4 slots on the rocket to match the 4 pods at Lazarus

I’ve never been able to have 3 racks running at the same time let alone all 4. I think 4 racks & 4 directions in Laz was probably uniformity where the ||rocket|| won’t look as nice with 4 slots.
I can see the benefit but it wouldn’t change my gameplay at all
I don't see this as a priority. I've got four laz racks running, but, I just set a human aside each time I make a run to Exo. When I have three 'extra' humans, it's a double launch!
I don’t pick up 4 seeds at a time. Max 3 if they are there. I can run all 4 racks I just physically can’t because by the time I’ve done the second kid the first one is done, I can’t move fast enough to run 4. I have over 100 hours on the save, resources aren’t an issue.
Your operation not coinciding with the game isn’t bad design. The game is clearly meant to be played slow (hence the 2 days to sit on a council)
3 seats in the rocket is also a balancing tool. It’s not cheap to launch and it shouldn’t be. The more seats you have the easier the launch is.
I get wanting more slots for qol but it’s not bad game design having 3 slots.
Beating a dead horse here. I’m gonna unsubscribe the thread. I disagree with you. You claiming it’s bad design, when I believe it’s not isn’t going to change my mind. Above all else the current set up at both locations are the most visually pleasing and that’s most important 😉
I would not mind 4 seats at the rocket. When I was in "Launch the Humans into Space" mode, I constantly had my 4 Laz pods running. Because of the horrendous stuttering when I near the Reserve pods, I would grab all 4 seeds and release them to the surface. And with the mis match in numbers, I would have to leave the extra guy at Exodus until I got 3 extra for its launch. It's not a deal breaker by any means.
How does letting you put 4 pods in the rocket make the launch "easier"? It doesn't change the amount of setup or fuel you need, it just creates confusion by telling the player they can make 4 humans at a time when you can only launch 3. If they only wanted you to launch 3 at a time, they should only give you 3 racks rather than having you expend resources fixing a fourth one you're never going to use.
A game gets better when people voice their opinions about its flaws. Toxic positivity does not help us. This game is good but it is not perfectly designed in every way. Nothing you say here actually refutes the criticism, they amount to frantic attempts to discredit it with vague statements like "well the game is meant to be slow" (as if adding a 4th slot would ruin the pacing somehow). That plus you unsubbing when you didn't even get any pushback tells me you're likely just uncomfortable with anyone criticizing a game you like.
