When scrapping sharks, all the items sink into the water, sometimes going far away from the character, and sometimes even getting lost.

I found the stable version is better if your swimming underneath the shark as you scrap it. It feels like a 50/50 chance of the scrap going into you rather than exploding, or at least I've seen I seem to grab 80% of it that way.

For me, it happens every time; the difference is that sometimes part of the items come to my inventory and only part of them are scattered. This happens in all versions.
