What exactly is the problem? Can you briefly describe it and give a timestamp of your linked clip where to pay attention and on what? It's hard to guess what is intended and what went different than expected.

Running on the cpu graphics gotta force it to use your gpu I had the same problem and change power plan too and unlock all ram and processors.

I put a 5070 in and it ran like trash I was so mad then the person who sold me the card walked me through selecting it as my primary settings it was selected as udi I selected 5070 and unlocked ram and processors game is running on epic no hiccups

your friend simply forced ur computer to choose the right gpu, that's why u werent reaching the right fps for the hardware u were using (5070), not all cpu have an igpu, newer games sometimes are not immediately recognized as a game / 3d demanding application so windows is dumb and does not choose the right gpu
