The game was running fine, I saved the game didn't play for a few days. When I get back to play the game is virtually unplayable, the game stutters and the FPS is down between 2-17 fps. Does anyone have a solution?

It most likely has to do with the game engine loading the assets into memory. Geometry and Materials / Shaders are heavy and depending on your GPU model will take longer the slower it is.

I have a 5070 ti with a AMD Ryzen 9HX and to add to it I let load for half an hour and nothing has improved it still stutters with low fps.
