Only play arc in that list and it doesn't happen my drivers do need update could be that but yeah arc seems ok

check if you not setup a frame limit on the nvidia program himself
it is moving around 30 FPS or stay right on it and will not go over it?

i have a 7900 XT here and i lock the FPS around 60 but i can go up to 100 FPS on a good location but that it.

best check the usage of the GPU ingame when oyu play (use the setting to show your metrix)

If you have Frame Generation turned on that will cause the game to miscount the frames per second.

nvidia is rumor already plan to bring the 3060 back.
because they cant afford to use GDRR7 ram on smaller cards
so they want to go back to GDRR6 and since they not compatible with a 50xx series and 40xx series
they will bring the old 30xx series back
It wouldnt be the first time by the way in the histroy CPU company did that
rebranded there old CPU to a new name and than produce them again
the high modul prices will also increase the prices of the GDRR7 cards (40xx Series and 50xx series) soon or later

i get here for a drr5 kit 300-500 € without any problems it is silly
"normal" shops ask for 2,2470 € for a 32 GB Corsair Vengeance DRR5-5600 Ram kit with CL40 that is just silly. And it is not a scam it is a "normal" company that called this prices not a second seller that use a marketplace as a selling option. Like Cyberport as for this amount. Galaxus is even more out of there minds with 12.262,34€ for 2 x 24 GB Ram sticks (that is a 8000 mhz one) that was normal prices of 550€ now they just lost it.

the problem is this get even worse micron one of the company that produced ram modules (that are than place on the rams) hold 25% of the ENTIRE market globaly. They just said well in march we are going out of business for Ram, SSD and so on and sell everything to AI datacenter.

the cl40 is a indication as well as the speed the ram can run
so you maybe see even drr5 ram for 300 or so but than it is the cheap quality there test it before they getting sold high quality has high mhz numbers and lower CL number.

depending if you old drr4 is compatible with AMD and what you want to pay for your new pc
you can go with a AM4 system or a new AM5 but i would really not advise to go with AM5 right now (which need drr5)
and a good intel Ram cost 4 digit numbers. And there CPU are right now lagging behind there counterparts on AMD side
so my advise forgot the upgrade idea. You can upgrade your GPU and replace the old one but keep in mind you PSU (power supply) need to able to handle it
if you get a new system in 2-3 yeas you can just place the GPU inside that
because it is really a bad time right now to move to drr5
the GPU prices are also raising since that Ram crisis also heavy affect them so you need to check the markt but basicly right now in UK you still have offers that are fair

well, there is no last quest really, because it depend what you have done or not.
But iirc the last listener quest is for now the last for the main quest but not 100% sure on that because i haven't got there yet even after 400h in this game 😄 (i restarted after Update 1)

yeah fsr is not great, i use XeSS XeLL XeFG and it work well on my 1080ti and my 14 years old cpu 😄

Well, main reason is that it still work really well and i like the fact its a glossy screen 😄
BUT i have been looking at 1440p 27" monitor lately, but didn't pull the trigger yet.
I think it would be smarter to upgrade my CPU first, but with the RAM price lately that as been pushed back a bit 😄

yeah 27" is good enough for me, i really don't need more, the one i have right now is 24", also i am trying to keep a higher PPI (pixel per inch) than the one i have right now because i am at 70cm from the screen at my desk.
