It started happening as soon as i got closer than 1 km distance to it. Game lags when on the center of my boat (probably since it's directly on top of the grave) and gets slightly smoother when on the bow. It worsens further when i jump into the water or even look down at it. Same for the closest other grave, Hampton. Never had this issue with the two other graves I visited (Norfolk and Salem), game goes back to normal when I sail away from them.

No fix. Are you talking about the underwater seed vaults?

Yeah, all you can do at this point is save, quit and reload the save. This usually clears things up for awhile.
