I think this game would be a great multiplayer game i would live to play with my gf

I was thinking about suggesting this too but not for the same reason but because I could see a co-op system working to let friends play together and could encourage more people to get the game and be able to progress together however one issue I could see is the without the boat your friends could be stranded so I would have to also recommend a small exploration vessel the the friends can use too

Not to mention, how the devs keep intentionally wording things in game, it definitely seems like co-op is intended.

And even if it wasn't, the game, while beautiful and has great potential, is an absolute boring slog without someone to actually play with.
