the problem started about 20 minutes after i left Alpha's Central Warehouse. before that, there were already extreme FPS drops (20 FPS or less). i also had a very hard time moving away from the dock. and when i tried to move forward (away from the dock), the ship suddenly went backward. Given the location, you've probably had a rollerboi fall into the water (or onto your boat). When killed, there is an issue with them shrinking VERY quickly, to the point you almost can't see them, except for smoke and sparks. You shoudl look around for that.
Especially if this happened within like 200-400m of leaving the CWA. Maaaajor tell-tale sign!
