[RESOLVED] Make sure you have "Markers" setting turned on (credit to Seblor).
Screens on the bridge, map terminal, save and healing station, fabricator - everything that has interactive screen is now blank. Reloading saves and restarting the game didn't help. Deleting cache file didn't help too.
