The First pic is of the "space" tab on the pico terminal computer. The 2nd pic is of the top of the rocket, and its invisible. You can still interact with the top of the rocket, and load the pods in, but its extremely difficult because you cant see what you are doing...also, when you lock a pod in, it disappears, which makes it even harder.

I think the support forum is for bugs, suggestions are for, well, suggestions. This is a bug, so belongs in the support forum. It's been reported multiple times I believe however, so I wouldn't worry too much.
